Nightmare Walking
Witches were roaming the streets of downtown Washington Thursday evening, Oct. 15, as part of the Nightmare Off Elm Street block party organized by downtown merchants. Participating stores stayed open later, and shoppers of all ages came dressed in costume to enjoy special activities, like a stilt walker, fire entertainer and street magician.
